H.R Traders offers a 7-day return and exchange policy. This means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.


Conditions for Return or Exchange

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• The product must be in good condition and not intentionally damaged.
• Light use for checking or understanding the product is acceptable.
Unboxing video proof is mandatory showing the issue clearly.
• The video must clearly show any damage, missing item, or wrong product.

Returns or exchanges without video proof will not be accepted.


Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive:
• A damaged product
• A broken item
• A missing item
• Or the wrong product

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear video proof.
After verification, we will provide a replacement or suitable solution.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

• Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
• Products without video proof


Exchange Policy

If an exchange is approved due to a verified issue, it will be processed after approval.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.


Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified about the approval status.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method or store credit.

If you do not receive your refund within this time, please contact us via email.
